Entrance shaft was near the Dirtlow-Eldon Hill track adjacent to Hazard Mine on the NE side, but the top was quarried away during workings on the Dirtlow Pit fluorite deposit in the early 1990s, and despite repeated attempts to uncover it later, access was permanently lost.
