Access

Land owned by Natural England as part of the Lathkill Dale NNR.

Shaft top stabilisation and the installation of a new lid will be taking place at some point, so access may be suspended for a short time during this work. Access is granted without need for prior permission, but a large adjustable spanner is required for access due to safety fencing. Safety fencing must be secured shut when inside the cave and after you leave.
